and dust, pipes, cyclone and supporting frame for the above mentioned

    To wash the flàkes to a forth step with cold fresh water, to predry and to eliminate PE/PP            parts from the PET- flakes . Compact design,including hydro cyclone, pumps and pipes. Total installed power approx.64 kW each.

    To dry the flakes down to approx. 3% moisture content. Constisting of blowers (7.5 kW each) , pipes, cyclones and spiral dryer and mixing unit (flakes and hot air) . Heating capacity 90 kW each

    For controlling of the above mentioned planned system. Designed as per VDE. Switching system PLC, model Siematik S8. Completely wired including all protectors, main switches, relays, control- and signal lights.

Note: The electrical connecting wiring between the individual components and the control panel is not included in this quotation.

II. Input capacity 700 kg/h, output capacity 500 kg/h

Principal design as quoted for output capacity 1 L/h, however:

OPTION

If the bottles pressed in bales we recommend the following plant parts:

1 storage belt conveyor with axle base 5.5 m, belt width 1.2 m, drive 5.5 kW

1 bale opener with 2 oposite running heavy duty screws. Drive 15 kW each

1 discharge belt conveyor.
1 sorting belt conveyor, designed for 8 worker places, including seperating

frame and discharge channels.

Mechanical, installation (electrical installation against additional charge)

3 qualified workers for 20 working days

95,000.– for output 1 t/h

€ 89,000.– for output 500 kg/h

Remark . Costs for the flights and overnight stayings are not included and

have to be payed by customer.

Water piping for fresh water and discharge duty water is not included

in the quotation. Those parts can be delivered in connection with the

water treatment only and against additional charge.

Engineering and planning costs:

€ 85,000.– for 1 t/h

€ 60.000,- for 500 kg/h

These costs have to be payed totaly together with down payment.

Delivery time:  about 4 months.

Prices: All prices ex works, unpacked, excluded taxes and excluded

costs for customer payments.

Delivery Approx. 6 month from receipt of order, receipt of letter of

credit, receipt of down payment including engineering and planing

costs and complete clarification of all technical details.

The transport insurance will be effected by customer as well as

the costs for packaging.

Electric Designed for 3×400 V, 50 Hz, control voltage 230 V. Other than

standard voltages involve special measures and consequently an

extra-payment. In such an event we reserve the right to provide a

transformer.

Documentation 2 copies of the technical documentation in english language will

be included in the scope of delivery. additional copies will be

available against payment of € 300,- per copy. Technical

documentations in other languages can be provided against payment.

Painting Single layer of primer, Painting as follows:

RAL 7032-flint grey for machines and plant parts

PAL 1003-signal yellow for protection units

Other painting against additional costs.

Guarantee Mechanical guarantee attached to the regulations of VDMA, 12 months

after delivery, but not later than 18th months after date of shipping

documents.

Parts of normal tear and wear such as V-belts, knives, bearings,

screens a.s.o. are excluded from the guarantee.

If broken parts must be changed or repaired, the guarantee starts

for these parts only.

Our prices do not include the costs for test run and start up service
